1. Service Description

NexRank provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analysis and optimization services. We crawl publicly available website content to generate scores, reports, and implementation files that help improve your site's visibility to AI systems.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You may only submit URLs for websites you own or have authorization to analyze.
  • You may not use the service to scan competitor websites without their knowledge for malicious purposes.
  • You may not attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • You may not resell reports or optimization files without written permission.

3. Website Crawling

Our service crawls publicly available pages on the URL you submit. We respect robots.txt directives and only access content that is publicly available. Crawling is limited to the domain you specify and does not access authenticated or private content.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Free reports are provided at no cost with limited analysis scope.
  • Paid optimization packages are one-time purchases processed via Stripe.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your optimization package, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a review.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

Generated optimization files (llms.txt, schema markup, FAQ content, etc.) are licensed for use on the domain they were generated for. The underlying analysis methodology and software remain the property of NexRank.

6. Disclaimer

GEO scores and recommendations are advisory. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or visibility in any AI system. AI citation behaviour changes frequently and is outside our control. Results may vary based on your implementation and competitive landscape.

7. Limitation of Liability

NexRank is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
